Privacy policy

We collect only the information you choose to provide. When you submit an inquiry form, we receive your name, email, and the message you send — along with optional fields such as company, phone, budget, and timeline. If you attach a file, we keep the file for review and security scanning.

If you create an account, we store your display name, email, an optional profile (company, role, bio, phone), and your activity: saved projects, ratings, comments, and inquiries. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries for locale, theme, and signed-in session. Analytics are aggregated only — we do not record IP addresses in association with PII. See our cookie policy for the full breakdown.

Files attached to project inquiries are scanned for malware before review. We retain attachments for up to 30 days after a conversation closes, then delete them unless a longer retention is required by law.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and personal data, use the 'Delete account' action under Account & Security, or contact us at hello@musnad.tech.
